Non-public School Student Transportation

Pennsylvania Act 372 mandates public school districts to provide transportation for non-public school students, including those attending private and charter schools. This law ensures that non-public school students have access to transportation services similar to their public school counterparts.

Any non-public school student needing or receiving transportation provided by the Easton Area
School District must fill out the Act 372/Non-Public School Student Transportation Registration Form (PDF). This form should be used for any new student enrollment, student withdrawal, student address change, or returning student.
