Workers' Compensation

The Workers' Compensation Law provides wage loss and medical benefits to employees who cannot work, or who need medical care, because of a work-related injury.

Employees should immediately report any injury or work-related illness to your Supervisor. Benefits could be delayed or denied if you do not notify your employer immediately.

Employees can download the Workers' Compensation Injury Claim Kit (PDF) or obtain a claim kit from your main office or nurses' office.  

All necessary forms can be found linked below. Completed forms should be sent to the Human Resource office via fax at 610-829-5818 or sent to the Human Resource office as soon as possible.
