Accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, the Easton Area School District provides quality education for more than 9200 students from five municipalities with a wide socio-economic range.
The Easton Area School District encompasses the City of Easton, Forks Township, Palmer Township, and a portion of Lower Mount Bethel Township. The district includes seven elementary schools, two middle schools, one alternative ed school, and one high school. Forks Elementary School serves students in grades K through 5 from Martins Creek and from Forks Township.
Lehigh Valley Children's Centers will provide before- and after-school child care for the Easton Area School District elementary schools and the middle school. Extended Kindergarten care will also be provided for students at Forks, Palmer, Shawnee and Tracy Schools. Click here for more information!

The Forks Elementary School PTA has collaborated with your child’s teacher to offer your child a Summer Workbook. The Summer Workbook is intended to offer your child a valuable age and grade appropriate enrichment opportunity while not in school throughout the summer. The Summer Workbook is creative, fun and educational; allowing your child to maintain the skills taught and encourages new learning.
