Accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, the Easton Area School District provides quality education for more than 9200 students from five municipalities with a wide socio-economic range. The areas included are the City of Easton, Forks Township, Palmer Township, Riegelsville and a portion of Lower Mount Bethel Township. The district includes seven elementary schools, two middle schools, one alternative ed school, and one high school. Paxinosa School serves students from the city of Easton and the West Ward.
The Easton Area School District respects the diversity of its student population and is dedicated to the importance of developing our students into responsible citizens. We will provide each student with an academically challenging program that enhances creativity, develops an ability to use technology, and encourages critical thinking and problem solving. In support of this mission, we will ensure a safe instructional environment and promote life-long learning.
