Palmer School’s present facility consists of two buildings joined by an outside covered walkway and a “tube” built in 2003. The Cole Building is named for John S. Cole, who was a Supervising Principal for twenty years. The Cole Building houses grades K and 1, the Library, Nurse, and an office. The Auld Building is named for John T. Auld, a former Supervising Principal and Superintendent of Easton Joint Schools. The Principal’s office, grades 2 - 4, and many special subject classrooms are in the Auld Building. If you come to Palmer School for any reason, you must enter through the Auld Building. If the front door is locked, you must press the buzzer and wait for the door to unlock. Then you go to the office to sign a visitors’ log and get a visitor’s tag. If the door is not locked, you will sign with our security guard stationed in the foyer.
