  1. Book Review Digest : by year, then author's name

  2. New York Times Index : by year, then under Book Reviews or Books and Literature

  3. Readers' Guide : in recent years reviews are listed at the end of the index; alphabetized by the name of the author, not the reviewer

  2. books of literary criticism:  check computer catalog at EAHS and Access PA for holding at other libraries; search using the author's name and/or title of book

  1. Search the Internet: enter your author's name in several search engine: Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, etc.

  2. Zines: online magazines that aren't published in print format (Salon: www.salon.com - browse the archives of the book section for interviews - there's no index)
