REGULAR AND STANDING COMMITTEE MEETINGS OF THE EASTON AREA SCHOOL BOARD In accordance with provisions of the Act of July 19, 1974, P. L. 175, regular meetings of the Easton Area School Board will be held in the Easton Area Education Center, 1801 Bushkill Drive, Easton, Pennsylvania. at 7:30 p.m. prevailing time on the third Thursday of each and every month effective January 2008. Any special meetings or rescheduled meetings will be advertised in accordance with the provisions of the above-referenced Act. Notice of all meetings will be posted on the bulletin board located on the ground floor of the Education Center. Effective January 2008, Standing Board Committee meetings will be held in the Education Center at the dates and times indicated below: • Finance Committee meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. • Buildings and Grounds Committee meetings will immediately follow the Finance Committee meetings on the first Thursday of each month. • A Policy Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. Additional meetings will be scheduled and advertised as needed. • Academics In Education (AIE) Committee meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month.
