The Foundation for Easton
Schools is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational foundation. Our mission is
to develop strong EASD community involvement through fundraising
efforts that promote and finance innovative educational programs that
supplement and enhance the quality of education and provide enrolled students
with extended learning and co-curricular opportunities
The Foundation for Easton Schools rolled out the implementation of our
Teacher Innovation Grant Program
in March, 2014 after receiving a grant from the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation for the purpose of creating (4) $250.00 grants to fund enhanced art and music programs within the Easton Area School District.
As part of our fundraising efforts, The Foundation for Easton Schools hosts a gala, “Everything’s Coming Up Roses” on an annual basis. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and guests, we plan to continually expand this grant program with the proceeds from the event.
EASD teachers at every grade level are invited to apply for grant monies up to $500.00 by completing an ‘Application for ‘Making the Grade Grant.’
Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis and will be evaluated by The Foundation’s Allocation Committee based on the impact on curriculum, effects on students, staff and school, quality of planning, and financial soundness. In addition, each grant recipient will be required to complete a Project Evaluation Report by the end of the funding academic year.

The Foundation for Easton Schools looks forward to supporting you and your creativity!
